This 2026, Football Forward launches the High Performance Camp in Spain, a new high-performance football campus designed for players who want to raise their level through the methodology of professional Spanish football and experience real high-level football.
A program that combines daily professional training sessions, advanced performance analysis technology, and exclusive visits to LaLiga club stadiums, all in a top-level environment in Barcelona (Lloret de Mar Sports Performance Center).
What is the High Performance Camp?
The High Performance Camp is an intensive high-performance football program in Spain designed for footballers aged 12 to 23, with the goal of improving overall performance at a technical, tactical, physical, and psychological level. This program also aims to help players continue evolving in their football careers and bring them closer to Spanish professional football through training and other experiences.
Following the methodology of Spanish football, the program works on the comprehensive development of players through a game model focused on tactical understanding, decision-making, competitive intensity, and professional mentality. To achieve this, daily training sessions are held from Tuesday to Saturday at first-class sports facilities in Lloret de Mar (Barcelona). These training sessions are led by active UEFA-licensed coaches.
The first edition of the High Performance Camp will be held in July 2026, with two consecutive sessions: July 13–19 and July 20–26, offering two continuous weeks of programming.
This format provides flexibility for each player to participate in one or both weeks, depending on their objectives and planning during the transitional period before the start of the next season.
UEFA-Licensed Coaches
All training sessions will be led by UEFA-licensed coaches who are currently active in Spanish professional football, providing players with a direct perspective on the competitive environment and football methodology in Spain. These active professionals also ensure that each training session follows the methodologies and standards of professional Spanish football.
During the High Performance Camp, we want players not only to focus on training but also to understand how work is conducted in professional environments and to improve their skills and game understanding over the days.
LaLiga Experience: Train and Experience Spanish Professional Football
Each week, in addition to training sessions, the program includes two visits to stadiums and/or sports facilities of LaLiga clubs, giving participants the opportunity to experience the environments of some of the most important clubs in LaLiga:
- FC Barcelona Museum
- Visit to the city of Barcelona
- RCDE Stadium (RCD Espanyol)
- Estadi Montilivi (Girona FC)
Thus, Football Forward’s High Performance Camp in Spain aims to be the perfect combination of professional football training and extra-football experiences. This combination allows players to get up close with professional club locker rooms and stadiums, as well as see firsthand how Spanish football is organized and developed beyond the training sessions.
High-Performance Technology Applied to Training
During the High Performance Camp, we use state-of-the-art technology so that footballers can analyze their metrics and improve their performance, just like the technological tools used in professional youth academies of the First and Second Division. With this technology, we can analyze plays and physical conditions such as speed to help players improve as footballers.
Through this, players will learn to interpret their performance and improve their game. At the end of the training week, each player will receive a personalized report.
